Topic: Vessel Crashes and Collisions
A 30-foot cabin cruiser exploded Sunday, June 16 while filling up at a fuel dock in St Paul, MN. The explosion threw several passengers and one deckhand into the water, seriously injuring at least four of the seven people aboard the boat. All seven passengers and the deckhand were taken to the hospital for treatment, and the vessel drifted away from the dock in flames until it sank.
Depending on the cause of a vessel explosion, it may be possible for victims to recover damages for their injuries. If you have been injured in a vessel explosion or other accident, contact Beard Stacey Trueb & Jacobson, LLP to talk about your possible claim, and visit our website.
